Fortuna Alvariza is a registered Intellectual Property Attorney in Indonesia. She graduated from Indonesian IP Academy and the Law Faculty of Pancasila University. She is a member of Association of Indonesian Intellectual Property Rights Attorneys (AKHKI) and currently in charge as Public Relations of the said association for working period 2010 to 2013.

She is a member of International Trademark Association (INTA), Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA), Indonesian France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IFCCI) and one of the members of an ad hoc team of IFCCI that provided input on IP development in Indonesia for European Indonesian Business Dialogue (EIBD) 2010. Her long and various experiences enable her to provide clients with quick and reliable services.

Fortuna had experiences in several firms, including working as an IP coordinator in Widjojo Cs Firm as well as in Patrick Mirandah Consulting Indonesia as an IP Specialist. She worked in a French law firm Chantal Quittot-Gendreau Cabinet d'avocat in Versailles, France. After returning from France, Fortuna worked for one of the largest local group of companies, as a Legal Supervisor where she handled various corporate and franchising legal matters.

Fortuna Alvariza also had experience as a spokesperson at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation to Indonesia, especially to disseminate International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights for various target populations in Indonesia.

Her practice areas include Intellectual Property Rights, Franchising and Licensing, General Corporate and also International Humanitarian Law.

She speaks Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, English and French.
